My apologies; it's been a while since I've posted anything here. It's not that I've lost interest in APEX–far from it!–but, rather, that I've been busy, both at work and on my personal projects. At the office, our move towards a full APEX environment moves on apace; I've just about got the basic framework finished, and will be building my first application with it next week. Away from the office, I've been working on the next version of the writing tracker, and hope to have that finished by December 1st (one minor challenge: automated row fetch limits you to two primary key columns, but my main view uses three, so I need to adjust the logic there).
There have, of course, been two fairly major APEX-related happenings recently: the release of APEX 4.0.2, and the statement of direction for APEX 4.1. Both significant in their own ways, and my congratulations & thanks to the development team. Keep up the awesome work, guys!
In unrelated news, I'm going to be travelling to visit family for the rest of the week. Happy Thanksgiving to those of you who are also in the States; I'm sure the rest of you have, or can find, something of your own to celebrate. :-)
